Bytes for Bits

All children have the power to learn, are curious and creative, and, given the proper encouragement and support, can succeed. The Bytes For Bits' journey began when two dads volunteered to bring STEM offerings to their children’s after-school program. After much research and many interviews, we found that cost, age requirements, and program locations were not manageable for many parents.

MODULAR, ACCESSIBLE, AND AFFORDABLE EDUCATION

We work with each school to tailor the length of the program to fit within their after-school schedule. Our lesson plans combine our unique, expert-driven content with open source and off-the-shelf programs to stimulate thought and creativity. Through a combination of sponsors, donations, and volunteers, we keep the program affordable to local communities.
